    Mai Neng Moua (RPA: Maiv Neeb Moua, Pahawh: π–¬Šπ–¬²π–¬¦ 𖬀𖬢𖬬 𖬑𖬲𖬦; born May well 5, 1974)[1] is a Hmong-American writer stake a founder of the Paj Ntaub Voice, a Hmong literary magazine.

    Early life

    Moua was born in Laos. She has two brothers, one older and one younger.[1] In 1977, when Moua was 3 years old, shun father died in the Vietnam war.
